Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Five stars across the board
I flip houses and I always use these range hoods. They subtly up the ante. Prospective tenants always comment on how attractive and sleek they look. I have had more than one tenant say "I have to have that kitchen" right before they plunk down the deposit and first month-last month, so I am a big believer on the magic these range hoods can work on a kitchen.

It gets the job done
This range hood really gets the job done! It gets rid of smells instantly and the fan is pretty quiet. Not to mention that it looks great. People are always remarking on how nice it looks. I only wish that the filters were a little tougher and stronger, but nothing is perfect I guess.

We were looking for a range hood with a modern feel to compliment our remodeled kitchen and we picked this. Delivery went well and it is in perfect condition but it has not been installed yet. It looks beautiful though and I recommend it just based on its looks alone.

Don't forget to buy stainless steel cleaner
We struggled with installation as we did do it DIY, but we were patient and we got there. We remodeled our whole place DIY and this really fits into our theme with a touch of style. Make sure to buy some stainless steel cleaner, you'll want it!

Definitely woud recommend it.
This range hood is simple to use, with a quiet fan and a light that provides nice illumination to the cooking area. We have had it for the better part of a year with zero problems, overall it has been great.
