Shipping Restrictions

Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Piece de resistance
This became the statement piece of our redecorated kitchen right way. The idea was to modernize the looks of the place without a heavy remodel witha heavy budget and this fit the bill perfectly, because the price is low but the looks are high-end. I'd like to congratulate Cavaliere on offering such an amazing looking product at such a low price. We have been impressed every step by this new range hood.

Great customer service
Installation was just completed and the range works great. The collar didn't come in the initial shipment but I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped it out to me pretty quickly. Their customer service was great, they were very apologetic about the mistake and very friendly people. I would definitely buy Cavaliere again.

Awesome customer service!!
I was a little confused by something when installing this range hood, so i had to call Cavaliere's customer service. Let me tell you, they are the nicest kindest people I have encountered in quite awhile! They helped me address my issue without making me feel stupid, and they were nothing but cheerful the entire time.

Fan isn't too noisy
The kitchen is still under construction so we haven't been able to use it yet but I can say that the fan is super quiet on all settings and it looks wonderful. In fact our handyman who installed it actually bought one for this own place after he installed ours, because he liked it so much.

Low price and great looks
Obviously the low price was the first thing that pulled me in, especially when paired with the good looks, but this range hood functions just as well as range hoods that are twice as expensive as this one is. This is a high quality product and it looks great.
